Women are doing spectacular in university yet estimates suggest that half of these graduates become part of the labour force. For women across the world, “care work” goes almost unacknowledged despite being one of the most difficult yet crucial task required of any good economy.
The lack of proper compensation and representation for women and care work leaves many without a choice but to drop out of the workforce.
